The 10F.9G2-mIgG1 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to mouse PDL1 (programmed death ligand 1) which also known as B7-H1 or CD274. PDL1 is thought to play an important role in tumor immune evasion. Induced PDL1 expression is commonly observed in various tumors and results in increased resistance of tumor cells to CD8 T cell mediated lysis. Blockade of the PDL1/PD1 pathway has proven to be a broadly effective immunotherapy. The 10F.9G2-mIgG1 is a chimeric antibody comprising 10F.9G2 variable region and mIgG1/mKappa constant region.
