Description
Cadonilimab is humanized immunoglobulin (Ig) G1 scaffold Fc-engineered monoclonal antibody against PD-1 (programmed cell death 1) and CTLA-4(cytotoxic T lymphocyte associated antigen 4), specifically, It has good application prospects for the treatment of a range of solid tumours, including cervical cancer, lung cancer, gastric/gastroesophageal junction cancer, oesophageal squamous cell cancer, liver cancer and nasopharyngeal cancer.
