Description
FGK4.5 is a recombinant rat IgG2a monoclonal antibody that targeting mouse CD40. CD40 is a Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member protein. It is a receptor for TNFSF5/CD40LG, which transduces TRAF6- and MAP3K8-mediated signals that activate ERK in macrophages and B cells, leading to induction of immunoglobulin secretion (By similarity).
