Sacituzumab is a recombinant IgG1 kappa, humanized monoclonal antibody, targeting Trophoblast cell surface antigen 2 (TROP2). It is used for the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADC) drugs, approved for metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (mTNBC).
