Mosunetuzumab
Description
Mosunetuzumab is humanized immunoglobulin (Ig) G4, kappa,lambda bispecific antibody targeted on CD3 and PSMA. As Teclistamab binding both targets, it is able to draw T cell expressed CD3 in close proximity to target cells expressed PSMA. It has been used in trials studying in anti-cancer activity.
